Cedar Lake has curated a selection of artist and artisan products of high quality. Every effort is made to provide you with the detail and visuals necessary for you to make choices based on your personal tastes and needs.
We have a number of delicate items, and we will package them accordingly so that they make it to you, or to the recipient intact. In the event that the item is damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you on return of the damaged item of placing your order and we will work with you to address your concerns.
If you need to send an item back, we ask that you pack it in the same fashion as you received it in, and upon receipt, we will provide a refund or exchange for the value of the item. To return your product, you should mail your product to: RPO 137 Water St, PO Box 22001, Cambridge, Ontario N1R 8E3. If you are returning the item for any other reason than damage, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure that the item arrives.
If we have not heard from you after 21 days of purchase, we will assume that you are happy with your purchase and no further action is required nor will be offered.
If the item was a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will make the gift giver aware of the return and issue a refund to the gift giver.
